Getting married in Islington
Planning on getting married in Islington Town Hall? Then you have made a great choice! Marble interior, art deco exterior, Islington Town Hall is hard to beat when it comes to a wedding. I have had the privilege of photographing many weddings at Islington Town Hall. In all seasons and in all weather, this Town Hall looks stunning. As a Hackney documentary wedding photographer, Islington is on my door step. The staff really know their business which is just as well as Islington Town Hall is super busy with weddings all year round. The main Council Chamber is circular, wood panelled and light ‘n’ airy – perfect for a low key and relaxed wedding photographer. I am able to move freely around the periphery of the Council Chamber without obscuring any guests eye-lines. For smaller more intimate wedding the Mayor’s Parlour is perfect.

Islington Town Hall has a super convenient pub bang opposite called The Vineyard. This local pub is perfect for a pre wedding tipple. With acres of space for vintage Red Double Decker Buses Islington Town Hall is right up there with the best London wedding venues. I hope you enjoy going through my selection images from last year.
