Drapers Arms – Islington Wedding Photographer
As an Islington Wedding Photographer I have had the great privilege of photographing a number of wonderful wedding receptions at the Drapers Arms. The Drapers Arms is a cool little pub tucked away behind Islington‘s Upper Street. With tons of beautiful natural light and a fun beer garden The Drapers Arms lends itself well to a 80 ish guests reception, delish food and great staff are the key to its success. Islington is not shoot of great wedding reception venues but as a islington wedding photographer, The Drapers Arms is right up there as a fave.
With some of my fave London Town Hall wedding venues, Stoke Newington Town Hall, Islington Town Hall, Old Marylebone Town Hall and Hackney Town Hall all super close The Drapers Arms is an ideal wedding reception choice for a central London wedding. Attractive gardens and pretty cobbled back streets make for some lovely portrait opportunities and the front of the Drapers Arms is great for a group picture.
Matt & Jayne arrived with their guests fresh from tying the knot at Stoke Newingtown Hall on a vintage red double decker.
After a fun group picture, where I asked the more nimble guests to hop up onto benches, champagne and cocktails awaited the thirsty guests. Dinner, speeches and dancing followed and I left The Drapers Arms in full party mode.
Such a great wedding. Huge congrats.
