Jamie and Simon chose the Coin Laundry in Exmouth Market for their Wedding Reception. They had their first date in Exmouth Market’s The Coin Laundry. It made perfect sense to return to this romantic Clerkenwell setting for their wonderful winter wedding bash. The wedding day started at Islington Town hall. It was a privilege to capture the moment this wonderful couple walked into the Islington Town Hall Council Chamber together to become Mr and Mrs.

Islington Town Hall Council Chamber is a super popular wedding venue. The large and circular room is light and bright. I love the ability to move around the periphery of the Council Chamber to photograph a wedding from multiple angles. Jamie is from the United States. Her family had travelled a fair distance to celebrate this wedding. The newly weds danced out of the Town Hall into confetti and celebrations. The Exmouth Market Coin Laundry looked fabulous. It was candle-lit, romantic and inviting. The Coin Laundry bar is split over two levels and tips its hat to cool Americana .There are Pinball machines and double delish cocktails. This cool Clerkenwell bar was a perfect choice for a Texan bride! The guests celebrated with champagne and cocktails. Dinner was served and speeches commenced.

The party was in full swing and the dance-floor was heaving. The Coin Laundry has a down stairs dance-floor area. But the street level main bar was quieter. This suited some of the older guests.
