Hackney Town Hall Wedding
Hackney Town Hall is in my top 5 most stylish wedding venues. I live in Hackney and look forward to photographing a few wedding here every year. There are many iconic Town halls in London and I have photographed weddings at all of them. Chelsea Town Hall bangs on about Mick Jagger getting married there. Stoke Newington Town Hall has beautiful Clissold Park on its door step and Islington Town Hall has a magnificent marble staircase. But, Hackney Town Hall has something the other Town Halls dont, its cool.
Cool Hackney wedding venues
The Committee Rooms at Hackney Town Hall are a firm fave of mine. The huge windows provide tons of light and the wood panelled walls look fantastic. If you are planning a whopper of a wedding then the North or South Atria might suit your wedding plans. Micro weddings were all the rage last year and I shot some gorgeous little ceremonies in rooms off the main Atria.

London Fields Hackney Wedding Photographer
Hackney has some beautiful parks. London Fields is a short ten minute walk from the Town Hall and perfect for wedding portraits. The Pub on the Park is also a wonderful wedding reception venue. Victoria Park is a short bus ride away from Hackney Town Hall and a regular wedding reception spot, particularly the Royal Inn.
Bridgetown Bar Wedding Reception
The Bridge Town Bar is a chic part of Hackney Town Hall. This means Hackney Town Hall is the only London Town Hall with a stylish bar venue inside. Art Deco styling runs through Hackney Town Hall and The Bridge Town Bar continues the theme. You might have noticed in the blog that I am a fan of all things Hackney. I live in Stoke Newington. My own Town Hall in Stoke Newington is also awesome and I thoroughly enjoy my visits there.
