East London Pub Wedding Reception
The Royal Inn in Victoria Park makes for a terrific wedding reception venue. An East London pub perfect for a wedding reception party. Sophie and Adam chose Hackney Town Hall to host their wedding. Victoria Park and The Royal Inn is only a 10 minute bus ride from Hackney Town Hall. I met Adam and his best-man at their home near Hackney Town Hall. We walked, picking up guests along the way to the Hackney wedding. The stroll to the wedding always provides fab documentary wedding photography moments. I prefer unposed and natural wedding photography.

Sophie arrived in a little vintage car with her father. The bride looked absolute dynamite wearing a Fall Bride wedding dress. The Committee Rooms at Hackney Town Hall are light and bright. The wood panelled walls are warm and magical for wedding photography. The wedding was officiated with style as always and confetti awaited the happy couple. The iconic steps outside Hackney Town Hall are perfect for a big group picture. I always try to grab this moment after confetti before guests start moving between venues.

The Royal Inn in Victoria Park is has a large beer garden perfect for a wedding reception. The dining area, later to become a dance floor was looking gorgeous. A drinks reception followed by dinner and speeches. I love wedding speeches and Sophies dad did not disappoint. The bar was set high for the groom and finally the best man. The Royal Inn turned the dining room into a dance floor in record time. After a lovely first dance the bangers kept coming and I left the party late into the night.
