Wedding Ceremonies at The Goring Hotel in Belgravia
Nick and Emma travelled all the way down to The Goring Hotel in Belgravia from their home in Liverpool. When you visit The Goring Hotel, you will fast realise why this stylish couple made the long journey. The Goring Hotel is 5 star luxury and brimming with old school charm.

This fabulous central London hotel wedding venue has a lovely, manicured garden at the rear that can be used in the summer for al fresco weddings. The Garden Room is perfect for small (ish) weddings; 30 guests or so. There is access to the garden directly from The Garden Room and also a private bar and terrace. I’ve had the great pleasure of shooting several weddings at The Goring and always enjoy my visits.

I arrived to The Goring to meet Emma who was about to put on her rather gorgeous wedding dress by Caroline Castigliano. Rupert, Nick and Emma’s son was toddling about and the excitement was building. The suite that Emma was in was light and bright with plenty of space. The wedding dress hung from a huge four poster bed. I floated about as Emma’s mum helped with the buttons on the back of the dress whilst Emma’s sister kept an eye on Rupert.

Nick and his dapper best-man were meeting and greeting guests at the ground floor cocktail bar. Nick was in black Tie, a suit designed by Whitfield & Ward in Wilmslow. The bar at The Goring is amazing, it’s super glamorous and perfect as the starting point for Nick and Emma’s black-tie wedding. The groom and guests made their way from the bar to the Garden Room ready for the wedding ceremony. Emma arrived with her father to the Goring Hotel lobby. The chequered floor of The Goring and the stylish reception were the perfect back drop as Emma made her way down stairs.

Getting married at The Goring Hotel
The wedding ceremony was beautiful and run smoothly (as always ) by the registrars from A Day to Remember. The weather played ball and gave us a window for confetti and some portraits outside the front of the hotel. We took some fun family group portraits before Nick, Emma and I went for a leisurely stroll. The streets around Belgravia are pretty, coupled with the garden at the rear of the Goring we had a plenty of space for relaxed and unposed portraits.

The Garden Room had been transformed into a stunning private dining space. The room was candle lit and super romantic. The speeches were emotional and amusing in equal measure. I always enjoy a Goring Hotel wedding and this small and stylish celebration was perfect. If you are planning a London Hotel Wedding then Drop Me a Line and check my availability.
