Nash Conservatory Summer Wedding
This was my first visit to Kew Gardens Nash Conservatory for a Jewish Wedding. The Nash Conservatory in Kew Gardens is an iconic building and wedding venue. The huge glass house was flooded with light as guests arrived. The bride and her mother arrived via London cab, the groom waiting patiently by the Chuppa. Every Jewish wedding I have photographed has been an absolute blast. One of the things I love most about photographing a Jewish wedding is the traditional Chair Dance. Most of the wedding I photograph go a bit bonkers late in the evening after a day of champagne and celebrations. At a Jewish wedding the party always kicks off early, in this case 30 seconds after the bride and groom became man and wife!
Petersham Nurseries summer wedding reception
Kew Gardens Nash Conservatory is only 5 miles or so from Petersham Nurseries. A vintage double decker bus transported the guests from Kew to Richmond where a fab wedding reception awaited. For those who don’t know Petersham Nurseries I recommend you pay a visit. There is amazing food and a wonderful covered outdoor space. The Thames is only a stone through from Petersham and the local woodland is perfect for wedding portraiture. Wedding speeches are always a highlight of wedding. I love to photograph the guests reactions to a funny or moving speech. This stylish Richmond wedding reception had laughs and tears in equal measure.
Best London documentary wedding photographer
I like to photograph a wedding with any faff or posing. There will be no endless hanging around for long family portrait sessions, I work quickly professionally and with a joke and a smile. I love natural documentary wedding photography and work all over London and the UK.
