Garden Museum Wedding Reception Venue<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Emily and Charlie chose the Garden Museum in Lambeth<\/a> to host their Wedding Reception. The wedding kicked off with a traditional Catholic ceremony at the impressive Our Lady of the Rosary and St.Dominic<\/a>, on Haverstock Hill in Hampstead. St.Dominics Church in Hampstead is wonderful to photograph in. The stunning church is atmospheric with soaring ceilings and flattering light. The wedding ceremony was very moving and before long there was confetti and celebrations outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

London South Bank Wedding Reception<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After a massive confetti fest everyone piled into a couple of double deckers for a whistle stop tour of London landmarks. The vintage Route Masters finally pulled up to the Garden Museum in Lambeth. The Garden Museum is a glorious venue to hold a wedding reception. It is right next door to Lambeth Palace and slap bang on the River Thames. The guests got stuck into Pimms while the bride and groom and I nipped off for portraits on the river. It should come as no surprise that the The Garden Museum has the most amazing gardens. There was space enough for a steel band to play and for guests to get stuck into a spot of cricket while the cocktails flowed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The floral theme continued inside the museum with an amazing ceiling decoration of dried flowers. Emily made some very special table centerpieces, housed under glass domes – like floral taxidermy! The attention to detail was awesome and thoroughly appropriate for the Garden Museum. This was my first time capturing a wedding reception here. The Garden Museum in Lambeth is a great choice of venue for anyone planning a large London wedding Reception. It’s centrally located, beautiful inside and out, and the space is flexible enough to work whatever the weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
