I’m John – a documentary style wedding photographer covering Somerset House<\/a> and weddings across London and the South East of England. Somerset House is about as old school and iconic a London wedding venue as you get, I love it. The court yard at Somerset House is amazing all year round. In the summer the fountains are spectacular and in the winter the space is Christmas wonderland. The balcony that overlooks the courtyard is mega for portraits. The space is a bit tight for family groups bigger than five or six but its perfect for Mr and Mrs portraits. I often nip down to the courtyard and photograph back up to the balcony where the bride and groom can wave down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My style is documentary, unposed and natural wedding photography<\/a>. I prefer to capture real moments throughout your day. A leisurely stroll is perfect for beautiful portraits and I\u2019m always happy to take some formal family groups. Low key, fun and relaxed for a stress-free wedding day.
